Last week we saw a huge amount of late season snow falling and this has left high-altitude resorts such as Tignes, Val d’Isere and Meribel with some great on-piste snow conditions. If you are heading out to the Alps this week then expect some snow to fall this weekend with Tignes and Val d’Isere getting 20cm, Meribel, Les Arcs, La Plagne and La Tania are all getting around 10cm of snow at the highest lift with. Temperatures across the alps will be just above freezing in most resorts but when you get to the tops lifts the temperatures will drop to around -4 during the day but expect nice sunshine and fantastic ski conditions all of next week.

Apart from that expect some great skiing conditions with blue bird days predicted for the rest of the week. The sun will be shining so don’t forget to take your cameras to capture every minute of your holiday!
