Hey Mr Snowman.
The Daily Star newspaper is reporting that the UK may well see snow before the end of September! With air temperatures set to drop over the next week, according to Jonathan Powell Chief Forecaster at Positive Weather Solutions, there is the chance of unseasonal snow falls affecting the UK. Powell added that “It won’t be enough to cause problems”.There does seem to be a little doubt that this snow fall will occur as.His colleague Lisa Fox
(Chief Assistant Weather Forecaster) stated at the end of August that: the month would be “A generally wetter than average month for most, with temperatures reflecting a warmer than average September.” If the Jet Stream’s present position is maintained however, it may well mean that the 2010/11 season will get off to a good start, seeing plenty of early snow falls.
