A light fall of snow on Saturday night should help with conditions for half-term skiing in the French Alps. However, Monday night looks likely to see quite heavy snowfalls of up to 15cm, with some resorts receiving up to 35cm by Tuesday night, and the possibility of more to come! Light Northerly winds and cloud cover will see the Trois Vallees with temperatures of around -10˚C, and the possibility of more snow. Chamonix will see lower temperatures, and higher winds, with snow into the low 30cms. Tignes will see moderate falls, and marginally higher temperatures, but still below zero.
