Arrived in Geneva 3 days before all the managers arrive for the training week. Was met by Rob at the airport and everyone got chatting straight away. Arrived in Les Gets and there was no snow but only a few days later it was snowing pretty consistently and has continued since then. There is now 2-3 feet of snow in the resort.

I have been doing the cooking for the management training week. Even though I have been separated from the managers for most of the day everyone here has bonded really well and I would say that the management team is excellent. This bodes well for the season ahead!
All the staff are turning up tomorrow so today has been described as the lull before the storm.Rumours have been going round of Les Gets opening early maybe on the 5th with free skiing/boarding for seasonaires
