Founded in 1997 by James Hardiman, the Alpine Elements Group is a specialist ski, snowboard and summer active holiday company taking over 12,000 clients away to the French and Italian Alps each year – many of whom are repeat guests or recommendations.

The Alpine Elements Group encompasses the Alpine Elements Hotel Chamonix, iGOSKi and Alpine Elements Bars & Restaurants.

Fully Licensed
We are a fully licensed and bonded Tour Operator supplying package holidays to our British clientele from high value and premium luxury alpine chalets and hotels in France and Italy.

Personal Service
The Company employs over 125 staff during the winter season, partly comprised of seasonal employees and our permanent staff who work all year round to provide a highly professional and an unprecedented level of personal service to our Winter Ski and Summer Lakes and Mountains clients.

Company Ethos
Our Company Ethos is all about injecting some value back into the ski industry, along with providing a personal service that one simply cannot get with the mainstream Operators. We are a trusted medium sized Operator, large enough to create high value holidays, yet small enough to offer the flexibility required to give our guests the very best treatment we can.

James Hardiman, Managing Director & Company Owner
A passionate Skier and Snowboarder who grew the Company from a one-chalet operation that initially started as a means to get out on the snow more!

Mike Everett, UK Sales Director
An ex rugby player and keen fitness enthusiast, Mike has been with the Company since the very early days.

Rob Downham, Head of Overseas Operations,
Another keen mountain man, Rob has worked in the industry for a great many years. He runs the Overseas Operation from our base in Chamonix.

Julian Hadfield, Financial Controller
The mainstay in our financial department! Julian has been an industry professional for over 25 years, and keeps us on the straight and narrow!

Clare Smith, Department Head – Accounts & Admin
Clare is one of our most valued team members and runs the UK admin and accounts department on a day to day basis. Clare is the backbone behind a very important and very detailed department within the Company.

Richard Lister, Head of IT
Solely Responsible for all the systems that  we currently use in the company. His unique talents are combining high technical ability with an entrepreneurial vision coupled with a very detailed knowledge of the ski industry. The backbone of all our on line and office IT.
