Hotel Location
The Surf Hotel is situated right on the beach, just a few metres from the shore, and on the windward side of the beach - which is without question the best location in Vassiliki. This is because it gets more consistent wind, cleaner air and the smoothest water. Vassiliki beach is generally quite pebbley but “our end” of the beach gives a sandier, more gradual shelf to the bay which is far more pleasant for launching, swimming in the sea or just sunning oneself! The delightful harbourside village of Vassiliki is only 15 mins walk along the beach and offers shopping, bars and tavernas.
The hotel has free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool which overlooks the sea. Guests will have free use of sun loungers for relaxing in the hot Greek sunshine! Our beach bar serves snacks at lunchtime and drinks for much of the day.
Restaurant / Catering
Breakfast is included in our package and is a hearty affair with cooked and continental options. The beach bar is open for lunch and you can find things like burgers, moussaka, salads or pizza which are priced at around £5-£7 for guests. We do not provide evening meals because of the popularity of eating out in Greece. You will be able to enjoy the taverna-style culture the rings the town side of the harbour, offering inexpensive menus and a warm, friendly atmosphere with great views. vassiliki hotel Windsurfing
