A FAMILY HOTEL

Our beach holidays to Vassiliki offer a perfect family break with many activities included for free with our package. Activities that will suit all ages and abilities - from mountain biking to  dinghy sailing.

The grounds of our beach front hotel are private and offer a secure and safe family atmosphere with swimming pool and gardens leading onto a shingle-sand beach.

Whether you just want to read a book in the shade of a mini palm tree, paddle around on a kayak, or head to the water armed with the latest windsurf kit – our hotel will offer you all the options your family may require!

WITH A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE

The photo on the left is a view of Vassiliki bay from our hotel, showing our private gardens fronting onto the beach which are perfect for families!

The waters of Vassiliki are smooth, shelving and very calm so you can walk out for quite a distance without going out of your depth. The waters are flat all morning, this offers a perfect opportunity for families wanting to cut their teeth on active water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and kayaking or for children to just paddle and splash about in the warm clear sea.

EXCURSIONS

There is plenty to do and see in Vassiliki itself which is a pretty harbour-side town resplendent in colourful cafes , souvenir shops and eateries. Or your family may like to explore the beautiful island of Lefkada by boat or car. Boat trips depart regularly from Vassiliki and Hire cars can be easily rented from our hotel, just remember to bring your 2-part driving license! Boat trips can also take you to neighbouring islands such as Cephalonia.

KIDS PLAYROOM

We offer a children’s play area at the hotel with toys and entertainments out of the hot sunshine, so that children can cool off indoors! We offer childcare for ages 4-12. Childrens clubs run 5 days a week including some evening care. Our experienced childcare staff ensure that your children really do have the holiday of a life time! They will combine on-water activities with a healthy balance of fun 'shaded' activites to keep your little ones busy and happy all day long. Please note: We are unable to offer a nanny service for under 4 year olds, but we are able to provide essential facilities such as cots, baby baths and sterilisers on request. Please request baby items at the point of booking.

FAMILY ROOMS

Our apartments sleep 4 people in two bedrooms. The apartments comprise of two bedrooms with an entrance hall/kitchenette. The bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles.  A cot can fit into one of the rooms. Each room can be locked individually. There is one shared bathroom. The small kitchenette is adequately equipped if you would prefer to try self catering on occasion. They have direct sea views from their private balconies, also air conditioning and satellite tv.

Our family rooms are large rooms offering younger families the oppertunity to stay close to their parents. These rooms can be made up as twins or doubles with a bunk bed, sleeping 4 people in one room. The family rooms have one bathroom, a fridge, kettle, air conditioning, private balcony with sea view and small entrance porch. It is possible to fit a cot into these rooms in addition to the bunk beds, but space would be compromised.

If our family accomodation is fully booked we can offer adjacent rooms on the ground or second floor.
