Tignes Summer Holidays
Tignes is a bit of a gem! It offers the largest variety of sporting activities in the Alps and doorstep skiing on the glacier in the summer months! Tignes is situated around a large lake, its centre-point, which is used for watersports and relaxation. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful in summer; and as part of the Vanoise National Park you can experience some excellent mountain biking, white water rafting and wonderful hill walking along tracks and trails among the pine forests, lakes and mountains of the Tarantaise Valley. Most of these activities are completely free with our Active Packs.

Tignes Super Resort
Tignes is one of Europe's best resorts for summer skiing. It is a Glacial resort at a very high altitude which means that aside from it's immensely good biking, it is possible to ski and snowboard all summer long on the 25 kms of ski trails which remain open.

Hill walkers are facilitated with the incredible and nationally renowned Vanoise National Park, which offers fabulous walks and stunning alpine nature and scenery. The use of ski lifts enables walkers to cover many miles of alpine terrain.

Tignes Resort Info
Tignes Les Brevieres, where our premium chalets are located is a very pretty resort with a beautiful mountain lake and is situated under an imposing dam that sports the infamous and rather impressive mural of a "flying man" which has featured in some of the James Bond films. Bike Hire
Free bike hire gets you a weeks rental of the brand new super tough and great looking Specialized Hardrock Disc, or the Kona Fire Mountain! The Hardrock has front suspension with a longer travel - it's a beefier framed hard tail bike with disc brakes all round! For road racers the Specialized Secteur Sports Triple is also available to hire free - but do book in advance.
