Many of the activities available in resort are free or low cost. However some activities will require payment. These activities can either be pre-booked or organised with our Reps on arrival in resort, who will give all the advice and guidance required.

Booking your Activities from the UK
You may pre-book a selection of activities before departure. To book then please call 08700 111360 or email your order to info@alpineelements.co.uk and we will add it to your holiday invoice

However many guests choose to book activities on arrival in resort with the help and recommendations of our dedicated Activities Reps where you will be briefed about the various activities on offer and recommended to those suitable for you and the weather.
General Terms
All activities, whether pre booked or otherwise, will run on set days of the week for logistical reasons. We will inform guests of this on arrival. Certain activities may be cancelled altogether due to adverse weather or availability. In this case you will be offered an alternative or refunded. Please ensure that you help yourself to make an accurate selection of activities by researching the options in full with our resort staff. We cannot be held liable for the poor performance of our third party suppliers or for non enjoyment of an activity. We will not be able to refund for activities not or partially attended. Please be aware that any recommendations our staff make are in good faith and guests must be sure to avail themselves of the full details and risks involved.
Many activities are supplier or weather dependant and may be subject to availability and logistic constraints. They will not necessarily run on set days and will need minimum numbers to run. In the event we have to change an activity we will inform you on arrival and offer you a refund or an alternative. Please appreciate that we illustrate activity prices and descriptions (incl ages) as a guide only. Activities are subcontracted to third party suppliers and for this reason we cannot guarantee these items or indeed a fixed price. Local factors may also cause variations, and any extra costs will have to be met in resort if guests still wish to participate.
