Just back from a stay at this hotel. We were 2 adults and 2 kids aged 7 & 9. Hotel staff very friendly, pool was fantastic, but it is outdoor, so be brave and dive into the cold water, its worth it as the views from the pool are outstanding. Food at hotel was ok, but plenty of it. Hotel is on steep hill, but its only about a 3 min walk to main road, then about a 10 min walk from the town, so we had no probs with the walking.

Our room was seperate to hotel, they have built 4 studio like room in seperate building at the back, our room was very spacious, had 4 beds, large bathroom, jacquzi bath, heated towel rack, our own front garden, which was great for kids at night. Rest of Hotel is a little dated, but was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends and i am def going back for a stay

The Laura Cristina is a really well positioned hotel, an easy 15 minutes walk from the centre of Malcesine. Set on the side of Monte Baldo, it commands excellent views across the Lake. The hotel is exceptionally clean, though the fittings are a little dated. The key feature of the hotel is the friendliness of the staff, they were absolutely superb. The pool area, and terrace were clean, and well maintained, and the bar was open from 10 in the morning until the early hours.

Overall an excellent base from which to explore the Lake, and great value for money
