We had our wedding reception here. And it was brilliant. 8 course of great food, lovely wine (chosen specifically from the wine menu) Excellent staff, very attentive Beautiful location more.

“First time in Lake Garda but not the last!!”
Went to excelsior bay at beginning of September. The hotel has the most fantastic position on the Lake of Malcesine, yet being a short distance away from the town centre.
We ate our breakfast every mornig with a magnificent view of the Lake.
From here you can access any part of Lake Garda by ferry, we also did a day trip to Venice which was well wort a visit.

Malcesine is a beautiful place. It has a castle which has the most magnificent views and you can while away the hours getting lost through the cobble streets. The food at the hotel was interesting. 4 course meal every night. Now i prob would not have chosen what we got but I enjoyed every single meal and was so nice to try something different. I would not hesitate to go back to this resort or this hotel.

“Absolutely wonderful”

My wife (38) and I (40) along with one of my sons and a nephew (11 &12) stayed here for a week half board.
We were expecting run of the mill food and were planning to eat out most nights. How wrong we were, 4 course meal + salad bar served extremely well. The food was varied and certainly different to what I'm used to. However, when in ROme. The main thing is that the kids ate and enjoyed most of it.

Location - Fantastic!
Food - Fantastic!
Rooms - Fantastically clean, maybe small but did what was required.
Lovely pool!
Excellent service!

Stayed for 4 nights with family and friends (11 altogether) for our wedding. Third visit to area, first time in this hotel.Beautiful views from hotel across lake. Nice pool area, we had a suite which was fab! Staff extrememly friendly and helpful even though we arrived early hours and were out late every night!! Excellent restaurant service and food. Spotlessly clean public areas and rooms. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely stay here next time and recoomend to anybody
