The Chalet
A really splendid chalet that will take up to 8-10 people, with doorstep access to the extensive Portes du Soleil walking and biking. This chalet is located in the Les Prodains area of Morzine-Avoriaz, which is a lovely quiet sunny place, facing south-west with a garden and is ideal for family and friends.

Access to Morzine centre is about 2 ½ km away, but the bike trails and ski lifts to Avoriaz and the Swiss sector are all very close by. Bikers and walkers can gain quick and immediate access to some of the best Portes du Soleil biking and walking.

This is a chalet that will allow guests to really feel “in the mountains”! It is a chalet for alpine enthusiasts rather than party animals; for those who prefer peace and space in the mountains - rather than a busy resort centre. Activities are close by. Mtn bikes will enable quick and easy access to all amenities.

Chalet Layout Plan:
Great chalet for 10 people. 160 m2. Only 400 m far from the cable car of Avoriaz. Quiet and sunny place (U1 on the map).

Basement: Garage for 1 car, ski locker.
Scullery: washing machine, tumble-dryer, shower and handbasin.

First Floor:
Kitchen: fridge, 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, tiled floor, access terrace. Dining area, living area: bench, sofa and coffee table, TV.
Bedroom 1: double bed, wooden floor, shower. Separate toilet.

Top Floor:
Bedroom 2: one double bed and one single bed, wooden floor with bathroom inc WC.
Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Bedroom 4 & 5: one double bed and 2 bunk beds, wooden floor. Shower-room. Separate toilet. Central heating. Duvets. Linen and towels not provided.

Fully equipped for 11 pers. maximum. 

Terms: If this chalet is taken on a s/catered basis then it must be cleaned by clients on departure day. We provide bed linen and towels and a starter (move in) pack. Discounts are not to be used in conjunction with each other and select weeks/availability may apply. Self Catered holidays do not include the benefits that relate to our other chalets. E.g. Guides, Activity Reps, Chalet hosts or cleaning, cooking services. A flight & Transfer is from £150 extra (pp) - subject to ongoing availability of flights.
