On receipt of your deposit and booking form, we will process your order and send you holiday confirmation with a welcome pack by email.
Payments
Deposits (£150 p/p) – paid on booking
Remaining Balances – paid 10 weeks prior to departure
Cheque - Please make cheques payable to “Alpine Elements Ltd”.
Credit / Debit Card - All credit card payments are charged at 3%. Debit, Switch cards are charged at £2. Payment of your fi nal balance will automatically be debited from the same card from which the deposit was taken, unless you instruct us otherwise. This payment will be taken 10 weeks prior to departure unless specified on your invoice.
